"The hotel is close the Leeuwarden railway station so very convenient if arriving by train. It’s a largish hotel, staff are pleasant and helpful. If staying more than one night they don’t service the room unless you ask. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is good."

"This was our first time at the hotel as we were visiting the area due to a friends wedding. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and always very helpful, specially when we had an issue with the charging point for our car. They were able to fix it and did it always being so polite and friendly. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of choice/options. "The hotel was ADVERTISED AS 4 STAR !!!! WHAT A JOKE not even 1 star !! I walked in the so called 4 STAR ROOM looked around then turned around and WIPED MY FEET AS I WALKED OUT !!! DISGUSTING !!! BUT the staff are NOT TO BLAME they are very NICE and HELPFUL"

"Het vakantiepark is voorzien van woningen die direct aan het water liggen en voorzien van aanlegsteigers. Vanaf hier kun je vissen. Je vangt ook vis. Op het park is het erg rustig en voor waterliefhbbers het ultieme. In Akkrum is niets te beleven. Wel enkele restaurants. Bakker,slager en supermarkt ook aanwezig."

"Prachtige lokatie op een prachtige plek. Helaas kregen we de toegangscode pas na telefonisch verzoek en niet spontaan na het indienen van alle gegevens. Ook vonden we de toonzetting van het “zero tolerance” formulier op tafel erg onvriendelijk. Dat schade zal worden hersteld op kosten van de veroorzaker begrijpen we, maar dat kan ook vriendelijk worden verwoord. Verder hebben we genoten van de fantastische lokatie. "
