"Brilliant hotel location with gated parking (entrance is around the corner from the hotel). Nice outdoor courtyard and indoor bar area. Room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived at 3pm, but we didn’t have to wait too long for it, and the receptionist was very apologetic. Room had a sofa, which is always nice to have. You have to pre-book the parking space at Hotel Acacia, and (within 24 hours of arrival) register your vehicle for access to Bruges Old Town, otherwise you risk a fine for daytime...

"This was an excellent hotel, close to all the main sites. It is very walkable. We loved the decor. The only thing that was a bit difficult were the few steps from the entrance to the check-in counter and the stairs to the elevator which made it hard lifting heavy suitcases. But we would stay here again. Everyone was very helpful."

"Beautiful property. Loved the polite and helpful staff and the charming property. Can’t beat the location. The only suggestions for improvement are related to the bathrooms in the rooms. The glass doors would be much better if they were solid doors that provided more privacy and sound containment. It’s impossible not to hear running water etc. Also, the towels were very thin, small, and worn. "

"We loved the hotel, but it seemed like they had a problem with their septic at the Duke’s Residence. Luckily we were on the 3 rd floor, where the smell was not as bad. Once they get that straightened out, we would probably give it 5 stars!"

"It was a charming hotel. There was dust on the towel warmers, so we didn’t use those. Other than that, we loved staying there!"
