"This is a lovely hotel for a visit to Colmar. It is clean and stylish, but retains lots of character from the historic building. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and engaging, and seem enthusiastic about Colmar, which we loved. Understandably the air conditioning is probably limited slightly by the building, and to get a good nights sleep in the summer it pays to open one or more of the convenient modern windows in the room. Generally we loved it."
"We enjoyed our stay . Hotel has easy and safe parking facilities ( not free). The Mulhouse old town centre is within short walking distance.Our room was comfortable with a/c, and fridge. Very friendly and helpful staff for late arriving guests in the hotel’s restaurant . Good location to explore Alsace region wine routes."

"Charming traditional style hotel in the heart of Colmar, close to little venice. My single room was charming, in the top floor of the building with a restricted view of Little Venice. The staff were very helpful and professional. Being on the top floor, my room was accessable by a flight of steps. That was fine for me, but may not suit older or less mobile travellers. But most rooms can be accessed via the elevator."
"Difficile de garer sa voiture sur les parkings. Places de stationnement tres petites, et qui rendent le garage de la voiture compliqué.
Piscine interieure jolie, mais plutot petite: du coup tres occupée en periode de vacances scolaires. Compliqué aussi de se poser sur les chaises longues sur la terrasse de la piscine. Nous etions tellement nombreux qu' on aurait dit des sardines dans une boite de conserve. Nous avons finis dans notre chambre au lieu de profiter du plein air."
"The room was clean and easy to access. A bonus was that it was air conditioned which was not mentioned in advertising.
Their advertising said that they had a shuttle bus to the airport which was the main reason for our overnight stay but on arrival we were told that the shuttle bus does not operate in the busy holiday period which was totally unhelpful.
I would stay there again but be warned that all is not as advertised."
"We loved the location of this hotel. Parking was on a parking place but very close. The room was spacious and although it did not have a good view, the decoration was updated and the lighting was excellent!
The mini fridge in the room did not work, but the staff was very kind to allow us to keep the bottles of water I’m on the first floor, and take it at any time.
Above everything, Jose from the staff was outstanding. He is a a musician! He plays the flute and the piano delightfully! Do not...
