"Zimmer sauber. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin beim Check-in. Mitarbeiter beim Check-out eher unfreundlich genervt.
"Pros: the staff were great. The lobby and common rooms are nicely decorated. Parking was free and easy.
Cons: I paid for a king bed but was given a queen bed. I don't think they are honest about the bedding in their rooms. The bed had only a sheet over it, no duvet or other cover. I found a duvet in the closet but it did not have a cover for it. We were two people in the room and were only given one bath towel, no hand towels or floor mat for the shower. All these omissions made us feel very...
"Really great hotel. Great staff, friendly and service oriented. Very nice surroundings and amenities. The SPA was easy to use without any booking requirements. We could use it for a long or a short time whenever we wanted and as many time as we pleased. Very nice experience."
"Although not in the Old Town, Gengenbach is small, so nothing is far away. The hotel is so quiet, it was lovely and peaceful to be that little bit away from the main part of town, only 10 minutes walk. The room was huge, with a comfortable bed, sitting area, minibar, safe, and a strong shower. The breakfast was a cold buffet, but choices were plentiful, and the coffee was very good. Highly recommend!"
"We really enjoyed our stay.
The room was spotlessly clean.
The pool is amazing - clean and empty each time we visited.
The walk to the tram is just 10 minutes.
There is an excellent organic supermarket right next door.
The only slight downsides....
Reception is only open from 15.00-20.00. We did wonder what would have happened if we had an issue outside these hours.
There is a daily parking fee - not sure why this is as the car park was relatively empty and it is not city-centre located.

"the parking was a little confusing, but staff was super helpful with that. the hotel is very cool and clean with excellent amenities and a great location. excellent stay!"
"Kamer was goed schoon, prima ingericht. Mooie gerenoveerde en heringerichte boerderij. Goed ontbijt en mooi zwembad.
Restaurant is goed. Lekker buiten gezeten. Misschien ietwat overpriced."
