"My family and I enjoyed the decor of the Base Hotel. The staff went above and beyond when we needed a cab back on Sunday evening and the cab company was not responding. They were also responsive to our needs prior to and during our stay. The hotel can improve on informing you from the start that the items in the mini fridge are not included in the price. "Simple clean safe comfortable room. If you’re enjoying vacation and need a place to rest and shower this is highly recommended. I’d go back. We booked a room for five travelers, and received a nice large room with five twin sized beds with clean and comfortable bedding. The air conditioning works really well. The staff recommended a restaurant within walking distance and we enjoyed it very much. This is a winner. "

"This is an excellent hotel. Friendly staff, super breakfasts with attentive staff there, too. We had a junior suite which was very comfortable. Parking was easy and the town is very nice. We wanted to get away to Italy for a few relaxing days, and the Due Leoni was exactly what we needed. We would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is very beautiful and unique. The cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly, the front desk staff was okay, some were nice and some had a bad attitude. There is a party by the pool area almost every night, it didn’t bother us as much since we went to sleep late anyways but I could see it being a bit frustrating for people who need the quiet to sleep. They do have nicer rooms that further away from the main pool which can provide additional privacy and quietness....

"We stayed for 1 night. The room was dated. Air conditioner was broken. Lights were flickering in the bedroom and bathroom. Shower head loose and flimsy. We were charged for toiletries. Couldn't sleep all night as it was too hot and the noise from traffice kept us awake. I have stayed here before but this time the standard has let us down . Reception staff offered a room change at 11pm but it was too late fors us to packup everything and move False advertisement of claiming that rooms...
