"All was good with the room except we really struggled with the air conditioning. It seems that the air turns off when you leave the room since you take the key which shuts off the AC. The force of air was not enough for the room to get cool, even overnight. Staff was excellent."
"C’est vraiment dommage nous ne sommes
Resté à que 2 nuits
Et il y’avait un énorme
Cafard dans la
Salle
"This place has so much potential but there were so many little things that weren't right.
The steam room was broken the whole time.
We tried to make a reservation for a massage well in advance but received no response.
The air conditioner could not be shut off
There were no clean bathrobes and towels when we went to the spa
the indoor pool and jacuzzi did not look particularly clean
the one elevator was broken for part of our stay"
Petit dej buffet moyen, (confiture moisie servie)."
"This was a very beautiful hotel. Nice breakfast buffet and beautiful grounds. Parking is extremely limited so reserve in advance to secure a spot in their tiny garage. We did not use the spa services as we were out and about.
We had a room with a balcony and a river view and it was perfect."
"This was such an unexpected lovely place. It’s a wellness resort with a focus on cycling and water sports - kite surfing, kite boarding as well as yoga and spa services. The environment was a natural vibe and very comfortable. It was surrounded by trees and there was a nice path to the beach. It also had two pools. The staff was amazing- very helpful and all spoke multiple languages including English. The food was exquisite and even had options for my picky diet as well as options such as Açaí...
