"I think it’s been said that the property is a little dated, but it more than makes up for it through cleanliness. On top of that the staff are very friendly, the pool is a decent size and the view from the patio is beautiful!"

"We arrived at the propery around 11am. They told us where we could store our luggage while we walked around. We put our luggage where they told us, right by the front door. They didn't put our names on them or secure them in any way. On this trip so far we've been to Scotland, Ireland, Poland, and Germany and our bags were always tagged and locked away. After touring the property we arrived back at the front desk (12pm) and asked for our luggage to put our towel away. They suddenly had no idea...

"Très mauvaise expérience à la Villa Antonio. Nous avons passé 9 nuits sans aucun ménage dans la chambre et, malgré nos demandes, jamais reçu de nouvelles serviettes ( eau qui sortait de couleur marron de la douche, cheveux dans l’évier, câble électrique sur notre terrasse qui pendait et j’en passe..) "The staff are phenomenal. They truly made us feel like we were at home, and helped us with whatever we needed (taxis, beach towels, etc). The property was also very clean and conveniently located. Unfortunately, however, there were two big downsides for us: the rooms are incredibly small + the area is VERY noisy at night.

"Disappointed on arrival to find out the on site restaurant had closed 2 wks previously and our units hot tub was not working properly…the 2 main reasons we booked this more isolated property. Upside, we had a fantastic meal at the Pizzeria Maslina in Drvenik and when we returned, the staff had the hot tub starting to heat although it was a very slow process and the filter never did function properly. "Villa was in excellent condition and as advertised. It is a short walk above the beautiful Smokvina bay which is very safe , clear water good for swimming and snorkelling. Only negative was location. Although close to Slano and Ston it is a bit isolated so car required and a very narrow steep lane to access from main road. Access to local supermarkets is ok but they are very small and have limited variety."
