"This is a good family-run hotel at a moderate price in one of my favorite neighborhoods of Tbilisi, which I visit about 25 times a year (so I have stayed at many Tbilisi hotels). It has a pleasing size and design, with spacious well-equipped rooms. The breakfast is way above average, except for the coffee, which needs improving. The breakfast room includes a delightful outdoor terrace on the top floor. Peaceful, safe, and friendly. The chairs in the room are flimsy and really uncomfortable...

"A well renovated little boutique hotel in the heart of the Old City. Great, multilingual staff, beautiful rooms and view. Cable TV (no too much English in channel lineup). No parking, but easy walking access to the Old City. There is a fantastic rooftop restaurant in the hotel with great local food - you don’t have to go out to eat. Hotel provides digital safe in the room and luxurious bathrobes! One little glitch, we called ahead to order an airport pickup from the hotel, but we couldn’t find...

"Silver 39 Corner is the address of the hotel and it is right in the center of things. You can walk pretty much anywhere from the hotel, winding narrow streets with mostly pedestrians zigging and zagging like a spider web from the hotel. Right around the corner is an excellent dessert and coffe shop, down the street several restaurants and bakeries. The staff was fantastic, the room comfortable and the internet fast. Really can't imagine a better stay in Tbilisi. "

"Not what it seemed on the website. Roof terrace closed. Restuarant only does breakfast and it’s not that good. The room was on the main street with the balcony sadly too noisy/ public to sit out on. Air conditioning very poor or maybe even not working at all - hard to tell! Shower broken and asked for it to be fixed but it wasn’t. Good points…. It did have a working fridge in the room. Right next to a Carrefour market so could buy fixings for breakfast . Front desk were friendly. "

"We had a very unpleasant experience at checkout at this hotel. We contacted the hotel afterwards but they never replied. When we contacted Wyndham about the incident, they just replied that the hotel is a franchise so it is not their problem. We had a lot of luggage to carry to the train station so took a couple of suitcases out first and told the reception that we will be back in 10min. The room was paid the night before mentioning our early departure. The checkout staff said it is impossible...
