"The hotel was conveniently located near a tram station with free service within CBD area. The room was clean. Bathroom sink really needs to be replaced (very old and scratched). Beds were very worn with low areas. AC and hair dryer did not work. AC was fixed immediately when we reported it. A portable hair dryer was in a drawer under the TV which was not intuitive. Many food items available for purchase in the room."

"Expedia says there is on site self parking. This is inaccurate. The only on site parking is the outrageous $60/day valet parking otherwise one is shunted off to the grotty council car park in Rundle Street. Front desk staff inattentive and disinterested. Hotel needs renovation and is showing its 20 year age. On the other hand it was relatively inexpensive."

My favourite part of this little staycation was the bed. I have never stayed in a hotel room with this level of comfort before. I loved the mattress and the pillow choices. I haven’t slept so good in a long time."

"Awesome and responsive staff members always pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast with plenty of fruit and variety of hearty meals and coffee/juices. Nice to have a pool and fitness center conveniently located on premise. Rooms clean and well supplied. I would choose to stay again should the opportunity arise. Many shops and restaurants close at hand. Thx"

Downsides: There was no on-site car park, and the designated parking area was approximately a seven-minute walk from the hotel, which was inconvenient when carrying luggage. Additionally, no luggage assistance or trolley service was provided during either check-in or check-out, despite being many staff walking around and not helping and just observing. The receptionist was not cooperative with offering a better room despite mentioning...

"Great location and the staff were very responsive. Happy to have a choice of a soft or hard pillow. The bed was a little bit soft for my liking, but that is a preference issue. Good breakfast and check in/out process was easy."
