"By far the worst four-star hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were poorly trained and not helpful. They don't have a concierge. The shower flooded the bathroom and never produced hot water. Save your money and stay somewhere else."

"Comfortable hotel. We were given a spacious room with a nice firm mattress. Very friendly receptionist. Breakfast was very good. Slight lack of info about items that were not visible i.e.yoghurt which I asked for and got. Ayran and scrambled eggs. Same applies to their evening menu. We didn't eat in the evening because we couldn't find a menu "
