"I love the location and the room. The staff at the desk were excellent for checking in and advice on restaurants in the area. The bar staff were rude and standoffish as they ignored me and refused to change the channel on the tv when no one was watching it. I finished my drink and left when I would have stayed longer if they were more courteous and helpful."
"Sauberes Hotel in schöner Altstadtlage direkt am Wasser und gegenüber eines Biergarten . Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und nicht übertrieben freundlich . "Das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Hotel direkt im Herzen Erfurts in Bahnhofsnähe. Die Suiten-Zimmer im Haus Thomas waren echt modern und super geräumig. Leider fanden sich auf unserem Bett einige schwarze Haare, sodass wir diese vor der Benutzung erstmal noch entfernen mussten. Beim Check-in war der Angestellte super freundlich, beim Check-out war es sein Kollege überhaupt nicht. Kein Danke, kein Wunsch der guten Heimreise, kein Bitte, kein Tschüss.

"A képek alapján a régi időket idéző épületben képzeltük el a szállást. Nem ott kaptuk: egy modern épület emeleti szintjén. A felvonó nem működik, mivel első emelet így az nem gond. A szobában borzasztó por van, a függönyt elmozdítva hatalmas porfelhő lesz. A 40fok C hőségben klíma nincs, de még egy ventilátor sem. A szobában nincs hűtő, csak a helye van kialakítva, ahol egy polc foglalja el a helyét. A környék és a környezet gyönyörű, de (por) allergiában szenvedők (mint én is) ne ezt a helyet...
