"You just can’t beat the hotel’s location to all things Newport. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last four years and was here this time to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. The food is always good. The lobby and seasonal rooftop bar areas are a nice touch. The rooms are always clean, but for the price you pay to stay, some are worn and not really functional."

"We liked the location of this property- right on Thames Street and within walking distance of the Newport sites. It was also very quiet at night and I slept like a rock! We appreciated the full kitchen and washer/dryer, complimentary beach towels, and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. "We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms. At this price point, you expect perfection.
