Kaffemaskine gik tom, men blev ikke fyldt op. Hele stedet virkede nedslidt. Ingen lys på gangarealerne. Der var skimmel i badeværelset. "

In 5 dagen had ik geen zonnebank die vanaf 6 uur 's ochtends met handdoeken omging het zwembad en op het strand.Het hotel is 4 sterren, maar ik zou het slechts 2 en een halve ster geven. Helemaal teleurgesteld, de eerste en laatste vakantie in Bulgarije"
