"The hotel is located in the centre of Vaduz so it is very convenient. The television has a vast choice of channels.
There is a free car park and paid EV charging.
There are no staff on site; reception is a Self Check In arrangement.
We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on that.
The water is hot with good pressure in the shower.
Would recommend"
"The property was well located in the center of town and next to many places to walk to for museums, transportation and local activities. Very nice breakfast as well. I think they received some negative comments in the past about the room quality but we found that they have seemed to upgraded everything. Two issues to note. Ask if they are doing repairs on the hotel (we had construction on the rooms next too us that started early in the morning. The workers were quiet but we had them right...
"It was perfect for a one night stay after arriving by train. An easy 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. After a bit of relaxation, I ventured into the bar and was greeted by Juan. He was such a wonderful young man. He shared information on the area and was perfect in his timing of drink pouring. I also dined at the restaurant inside of the hotel. I had a fun and lovely server. She explained and guided me on the local cuisine.
I would stay again...
"Great staff - reception staff very helpful with guidance as to getting around Liechtenstein but also our waitress at the affiliated restaurant for dinner was a great help with our small group (and had a good sense of humour!).
Downside: no elevator in the legacy part of the hotel to reach the 2nd and 3rd floors. Makes luggage an issue and not helpful for those with mobility issues. One needs to reserve the newer section of the hotel if this is an issue.
Great, comfortable bed - best night's...
"Centrally located. Very clean and well equipped properly. Lovely comfortable bed. The agent Jeanine was extremely helpful and it was easy to contact her. Smart TV with some English channels. I cannot fault this property."
"This hotel is not a four star hotel. It is aged but most importantly lacks any show of being well managed. Everything has to be asked for (no third bed in room on arrival despite booking triple occupancy then no towels). The staff did not even put a refuse bin the room or a liner in the lavatory bin. Daily confusion over a table for breakfast was frustrating. Beware the layout as some builinga a considerable way from each other. Brand is a fabulous village, the Walliserhoff is not a fabulous...
"Good location, close to bus stop. Bed was not very comfortable. We liked the balcony and the bar in the evening where you could sit outside with a glass of wine."
