"Easy access to it. Staff was helpful. I was able to check in right when we got to the hotel without expecting it, at 10am for a small fee. Totally worth it!"
"Es un hotel de estilo industrial, que atiende las necesidades muy bien, aunque se encuentra un poco alejado del Centro, no es un problema con la gran variedad y facilidades de transporte que brinda la ciudad de Zurich, para eso contratamos el pase de un día y fue muy fácil movernos. Mas bien el que este alejado hace que sea una zona muy silenciosa. Estamos muy complacidos con el servicio brindado por el hotel."
"Clean room, excellent breakfast. Airport shuttle is a bit complicated and confusing. Did not realize it was free FROM the airport, but 6 CHF TO airport. You need a voucher, though that wasn’t provided when I paid the 6 CHF to get me to my morning flight. The driver wouldn’t take me without the voucher, so I went back to the front desk. No one asked or mentioned it when I checked in or out. It’s not a major flaw, but to advertise “free shuttle,” is not accurate, and you actually need a paper...
"Loved the location. Clean, high tech unit, smaller than normal but fine for one person. I really missed a coffee machine in the room and a good restaurant, but there were nice places in the neighborhood. I honestly loved the bed, bedding, and especially the pillows! Cool place!"
"Very clean and well maintained room. Reception staff was very warm and welcoming. The room decor and amenities were awesome. Very close to the airport and very easy access."
