"Booked this place for a week and arrived on a Thursday. By Saturday night, the guests staying next to us were extremely loud and rowdy. They threw a party and blasted music so loudly that the walls were shaking from around 10 PM until 2 AM. I called guest services five times. Staff went to the room twice, and on the third visit they finally asked the guests to leave because they refused to stop the party. The rest of the stay was “okay,” but overall the hotel did not feel safe or well-managed....

The hotel is very conveniently located downtown, we parked at the hotel and pretty much walked everywhere from there (even though when we did drive somewhere, it was SO easy to navigate compared to like, Chicago). "Clean, nice parking too expensive"

"Very beautiful place to stay. Safe and quiet too. The restaurants inside had really amazing food. Parking was a little inconvenient ($40/day for the garage), but at least there was a parking option (I really shouldn't complain, but I didn't know I was going to run into that situation). The staff were very friendly and there was security as well. Very convenient location right downtown too."
