Monforte de Lemos

"The hotel is in a good location near the river and a walk from the station. When we arrived the lift wasn’t working and we found out that the restaurant wasn’t open in the evening. Tricky when you arrive at supper time. Our room was clean and breakfast was good although you had to figure it out yourself. The lift wasn’t working soon fixed and Monforte is an interesting small town in a lovely area with lots of places to visit."

"We just loved this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. We used the spa accommodations daily, it was so relaxing & filled all the boxes of what we like to do. The hotel grounds, our room & all amenities were clean & beautiful. The food was exceptional in the restaurant & the waiter was very polite & accommodating. We would absolutely make a return trip & highly recommend to anyone traveling through Galicia."

"Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortable during the stay. Cleanliness was also below expectations, as the room and common areas did not seem to be maintained to an acceptable standard. The breakfast was particularly poor, with limited quality and presentation. To make matters worse, some of the cutlery appeared dirty, which is unacceptable for any hotel. While the...
