"The good news: this hotel is in a great location near Hyde Park and Notting Hill, and the outside of the property looks nice. Now for the bad: the lobby smells of cheap perfume, it has no English charm (or staff) and my room was so small that it was like a coffin. Truly the smallest room I have ever stayed in (and I have been to 48 countries). Certainly not worth the 200 quid!"

"It was a good stay for us. We were able to sleep well despite the trains. We took the bus from Kensal House to Ladebroke Grove and from there the underground. The bus station can be reached quickly via a flight of stairs. When we came back in the evening, there is a smaller Sansburry's right next to Ladebroke Grove station which is open until 23:00. "
