"Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff."

"great place to stay in Reno. I'm not a gambler, but did enjoy the spa. The co-ed area was pretty busy for a Friday, but the 3rd floor where the treatment rooms are was lovely and peaceful and relaxing. Great facial!"

"The facility is run down and not updated; hallways, handrails, carpeting, old and worn, just has an old vibe to it. The rooms have been updated probably 10-15 years ago but also heavily worn. Carpets don't feel clean in the rooms. It served a purpose of an overnight but i also didn't realize this casino doesn't have table games so you have to walk to other casinos. A bottle of water costs $8 in the sun/dry store which i think is overpriced. Just an overall not great experience."
