"The hotel was reasonable for the price. The room was modern and functional. My only concern is that we got placed in a ‘pet’ room, which had dog hair and stains on the rug and it smelt like dog. I love that hotels are pet friendly, however you also need to clean more thoroughly and give people the option of whether they want to be placed in a pet or no pet room. When we talked to reception about it they couldn’t move us and they didn’t even offer to clean or remove the rug. For me this was an...

"Free underground parking. The village nearby have plenty choices for dining!"

"I tried to cancel or re-book, I was unable to contact Expedia. Emails were not respond replied to. Hotel advised to contact Expedia. Very disappointing."

"I had a fantastic stay over the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent amenities, including a good hair dryer and a wide selection of different teas and coffees available. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Good range of hot foods: eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Plus plenty of choices for fruit, cereal, pastries, bread and spreads. "Despite having booked Citystyle Executive in Braddon and checking that we had a 2b2b unit, we were emailed with less than 48 hours notice that we had been moved to another apartment 500 m away which was a 2b2b. We were told that the Braddon site had no 2b2b units at all. Whilst we got an appartment which suited, there was a water leak in the bathroom, damaged blinds and a lack of security locks to keep the sliding exterior doors open and secure. We did however love the location and Canberra"
