"The lobby area was very nice and clean. The staff at the welcome desk were friendly and efficient. The bar and restaurant has great staff and a good late night menu. The room itself was nothing to write home about. Just a typical hotel room. But we only needed 1 night and it wasn’t the worst thing ever. Overall a great experience and would definitely stay here again. "

"Every year we stay at Bottleworks hotel to celebrate my husbands birthday! The BW always goes above and beyond to help us celebrate! The rooms are like no other hotel in all of Indy! You feel like you are staying in a modern trendy studio apt in NYC or Chicago, not a hotel! Staff is amazing. Can’t say enough! "

"The only criticism we had was a lack of porters who could handle luggage for a disabled or single individual. No porters along with disappearing carts that were difficult to find when needed. Otherwise, a lovely place to stay."

"I can't seem to get a receipt for the stay for two nights. My wife baked the room through Expedia for the 17th and the the 18th I had it booked again for us and we can't seem to get the receipt that shows the costs for the 18th and I need it for business purposes. we called the hotel and only got a bill with no money listed and apparently Expedia isn't delivering it either. Otherwise it was fine. Bar is a bit overpriced."

"Beautiful clean hotel. We enjoyed our stay here while we attended a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. It was nice to be away from the crowds and a calmer area. The only thing we experienced was a mistake on checkout. We were on the house keepings list as checked out. We were asleep and they attempted to assess our room with a key card. We had all the locks set. They came back, and managed to unlock the lock that stops the door from opening, opened the door (we could see the light from the hall and I...

"I was locked out of my hotel the first night had to go to another hotel. Every night after that I had to be back to the hotel by 9 or I was locked out. Our vacation was ruined. The people will not refund my money they keep giving me the runaround it is nonsense!!!! "
