"We very much enjoyed our stay at Dr Holmes Hotel. This is an older hotel with interesting styles of decor. There are also many historic paintings and artifacts. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Our dinner was excellent and we would certainly return."

The breakfast was the best we had on our Norway trip. Really varied and tasty with an amazing view of the mountains. We didn't get time to use the spa or other facilities but it was very convenient for heading up to Gaustatoppen."
