"Sunshine at the front desk was the best! Very Welcoming. Cleaning staff came early morning, asked if she could give us a few minutes to put shoes on and get out of her way. Rolled her eyes left. Did not return until hours later after we had left for her. Another day we had been gone all day and when we returned she rolled up to clean our room and we had to leave again. "This was our first time staying at an Omni and we could not have been happier. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and very well maintained. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Even though we were right in the heart of the French Quarter, our sleep was never disturbed. We had a lovely balcony which we took advantage of early in the morning and each evening. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We also had a delicious breakfast at the Rib Room. I highly recommend the Omni Royal New Orleans!"

It’s definitely one of the nicer hotels if you’re looking for cleanliness, as it’s just a short walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter (if you’re up for some walking).
