"Gorgeous design! So new and clean. Beautiful hotel. Rooms were a generous size with nice bathrooms. We will be back. Loved the front desk woman who checked us in in under 2 minutes! So efficient and just a lovely property. Go eat at the Saw Mill next door - so many great options."

"The room stinks, front desk is unfriendly."

"The staff was great, except one bartender was greatly overwhelmed with only 12 customer at the bar. He defently needs more customer service training or assign him somewhere else."

"Good location, clean room. Parking is not free. Room was not ready at check in time."

"There was no pool or fitness. You could, however go to a gym across the street. There was no vending available either. You had to buy bottles of water at $6 each. Overall I was disappointed with that part of the experience. The best part of the property was the on-site restaurant, Char. The food and service were great."
