"Check-in was an absolute nightmare! We arrived at 5:00 PM and waited in line for 20 minutes, (there only one person working at the front desk). When we finally got helped, we were told our room wasn’t ready—no estimated time, just “we’ll call you.” It took another hour and 15 minutes before we received that call. We then waited in line again for another 20 minutes to get our keys. Unfortunately, the keys didn’t work for the elevator. A man already inside assumed we didn’t know how to use it...
