"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. The evening meal was nice and the chef was fast. The only thing wrong was a very noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom but we were there on a weekend so probably no maintenance available. The did offer to change our room."

"This resort is currently under construction for the pool area. The noise starts at 7:00am and last until around 5:00pm. ANY pool view room is noisy and unable to sit outside to ‘enjoy’ the setting or the rooftop jacuzzi which was only lukewarm and not adjustable. We asked to be moved (and they granted our request to an interior-faced room). The construction pounding noise was still present. I personally don’t think they should be renting any of the poolside rooms for more than overnight visitors...

"First up, the hotel is in a mobile signal black hole, Add to that, their wifi signals are weak and keeps dropping in and out (a known issue as acknowledged by management). There is only free to air TV channels as well. So, if you're fine with a total internet and phone black out during your stay, then this place is fine. "Unit 96. We could not believe how filthy and the state is disrepair. It looked like it had never been cleaned. We found dirty underwear, used baby bottles, hair, splatter marks all over the wall…… and it cost over a THOUSAND dollars for two nights. We are completely baffled! I messaged the owner and have not heard back. Took photos to post on Google."
