"I wanted to share my experience at the wonderful Afrique Boutique Hotel we stayed at during the recent electricity outages. The room had a partial view of a beautiful garden where birds would come to feed and hearing them sing made our stay even more peaceful. The decor was exceptional- exquisite paintings adorned the bedrooms, lounges and restaurant, creating a truly elegant atmosphere. Breakfast was always freshly prepared, beautifully presented and offered a large variety to choose...

"One O Eight was the perfect stay. The room and property was spotless (the bath in the room was such a night treat), and the staff were all incredibly lovely. I opted for a hotel pickup from the airport as a solo female traveller and it was fairly priced and not much more than an Uber & I really enjoyed chatting with the lovely driver that collected me. "We stayed at this hotel for three days as a family, and unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations, especially considering the very high cost. First, the price is extremely elevated for a property that does not have a swimming pool. Additionally, charging such a high rate during a period when the hotel offers no leisure facilities feels unjustified. There was no restaurant, no spa, and no leisure services available — which were precisely the features that attracted us to this...

"When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing."
