Was fully satisfied. Rokm was comfy and nothing was amiss

Everything was great, except not functioning or super slow internet connection in room.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt special. The staff are amazing and the hotel is Elegant. When we got to our room there was a handwritten note greeting us in German and I had only booked the hotel a few hours prior. The interior of the room was gorgeous and very modern. But had a wonderful view of the street at the front of the hotel. It's in a really nice location of Berlin. We didn't want to be in all of the craziness but it's a easy walking distance to everything we wanted...

Clean rooms, friendly staff, all good on that front. Breakfast slightly overpriced but very good.

Super Value - Clean and comfortable, nice staff, nice parks next. A bit far from the city center, but the M4 tram (about 8 minutes walking) is available almost 24h a day.

I had a terrible experience at the Dude Hotel in Berlin (so terrible that I moved and ended up paying an extra night that I didn't stay there) and Schlosshotel was amazing. I checked in around midnight and they gave me a tour of the hotel, a welcome glass of rose champagne, and showed me a few rooms to choose from. Housekeeping is also great - I had checked in in a rush and went to work the next day, but when I came back, my coats were hung up neatly in the closet and my toiletries organized in...

A wonderfully comfortable, crisp and contemporary hotel—easily accessible to everything in Berlin by virtue of its location near the main train station….also via a pleasant walk along the banks of the Spree River into the heart of Mitte. Value, style, and practicality make this hotel a new favorite for me.

Beautiful large room . Spacious balcony overlooking quiet neighborhood street . Easy access to elevator

They allowed to check in early, they’re very nice just sink was overflowing

Great hotel! Excellent service. Rooms are a little bit on the smaller size but super clean and perfect for our little vacation.

Great staff, clean property. Very accommodating for late check out. Rooms are huge! VIP upgrade was phenomenal! I would definitely stay here again during my next trip in Berlin.

Spectacular!!!

This hotel has excellent staff all around. Willing to assist at any time and made the entire stay feel like home away from home. The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance (20-25 minutes) to Schloss Strasse where there is an abundance of stores and restaurants. A great way to hit your daily step count or more 😎. The amenities are good. The gym is a little sparse however I was still able to get in good full body workouts. Also a big shout out to the staff in the kitchen. They...

I only stayed one night, but I wish I had stayed more. This was a fantastic find, so glad I chose this hotel / apartment. The room was very spacious, in fact it was more like a suite. There was a separate bedroom, a mini-kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a washer and a dryer right there (free to run, the laundry soap was 1 Euro, which I had no problem with). There were two desks/tables for working and eating and a nice TV, which I didn't use, but it was there. I stayed with my two kids,...
