"Very unfriendly receptionist. After long drive to get there we were treated badly. We asked for information about sightseeing in Enna and were bluntly told they had none. They told us nothing about facilities at the hotel and just handed us keys to the room. It was an empty hotel and they gave us room under their kitchen which was noisy and kept us awake for the two nights we were there. "Seuls points positif : la situation de l'hôtel ''les pieds dans l'eau'' et les services rendus par la jeune fille de l'accueil qui d'ailleurs parlait. Points négatifs : la chambre (n°240) pas digne d'un 4 étoile, très petite et sans confort, sans aucune insonorisation, mobilier désuet, matelas sans âge, drap et intérieur des placards mal odorant. Le système d'évacuation d'eau du lavabo de la salle de bain était cassé et celui de la douche était bouché. Pas d'eau chaude à la douche et 2 ampoules...

"The staff were flexible, helpful and friendly. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little tired and probably no longer 4* and the Blue pool in the picture was sadly empty and abandoned. There was however an indoor pool. We had two evening meals which were varied and regional. "

"This is a great place to stay. Amazing setting in the foothills. Swimming pool is off the charts. We were just passing through but I can imagine this being an excellent venue for a wedding or similar occasions. Can't rate the location and staff highly enough."
