"Zanzibar was great and the staff was amazing. The hallways however did smell heavily like cigarettes which was kind of off putting. We had also booked a king bed room and ended up in a double or queen bed but that’s alright since we checked in early. Not a bad thing to say about the staff though. Kind throughout the whole stay and would definitely stay again for that reason. "

"The hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel met all of our expectations. It is very conveniently located with lots of pubs and restaurants around. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and if we needed a taxi, they were easy to arrange. The room was spacious, comfortable, and most important - quiet and clean. For the price we paid it was the perfect place. We would definitely stay again. "

"It was very smart and clean not too far in a taxi to town. Doormen x2 watched me struhgle up the front steps with my case no offer of help. Tea facilities in room were very basic and feel value for money would have been better if it included some snacks and breakfast"

"Decent modern hotel just outside the city centre, clean throughout, with friendly and efficient staff. The bed was narrow in our room, I’d recommend upgrading to a king size. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and expensive, possibly best avoided."

"The staff were very accomodating. They switched things around so our party of 10 could have our rooms early. They held on to our luggage safely so we could tour the day we were leaving. The room was comfortable and attractive. Overall a great stay. Thank you Samuel Hotel!"

"Excellent new modern hotel right in the heart of Dublin. Everything was walkable distance and staff couldn't be more helpful. The hotel was quiet and had all you could want for a fantastic stay. Woukd recommend and would return."
