"Accommodation advertised was a 3 Bedroom Deluxe Villa. Would consider it was more of a standard type.
Photo of villa displayed by Expedia, as being available included a large front covered balcony. The villa we were provided with only had a small front porch covered and outside was a sail covered aluminium park type table with fixed seating.
Things that we didn’t like: cleaning was below standard, main bathroom shower and hand basin taps dripped constantly. One back light bulb didn’t work...

Unfortunately I didn’t book the correct room. The staff rang me to confirm and I was able to get the room. The staff also contacted me to make sure I would check in on time on my day of arrival. This is great service.
The room and location are fine
The bed is comfortable and the room is located on the ground floor for easy access to pool and garden area

Close to local restaurants.
Pool facilities were great kids loved the spa.
Only issue was there was a mix up with room keys being lost and never found thru our stay by previews rental people."
