"Clean room and comfortable beds. If you only stay for the flight, it is okay but not for pleasure because it is noisy from the airport taking off and landing."

"The citizenM Taipei North Gate is modern and sleek and is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk from Taipei Main Station and Ximending. The hotel staff is very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean and staff provided free water bottles in our fridge everyday. Overall an excellent stay."

"I like the location. Close to subway"

"Everything was great !"

"The property and its amenity are great, However, staffs are not"
