"Convenient location for event I was attending, public pay parking available one block from hotel at fraction of valet costs. AC in room never got quite cool enough despite setting it before leaving for my event. Front desk staff at checkin was friendly/professional. Coffee shop located in hotel for convenience but staff interaction was lacking. "

"The hotel was lovely. We worried about noise from Bourbon St, but we had a room on the courtyard looking down at the pool and it was very quiet. My friend used the heated saltwater pool every day. The only down sides were that we couldn’t open the windows, there was a loud vent fan in the bathroom that took a long time to go off and the light in the shower didn’t work. But I would definitely consider staying there again next time I’m in New Orleans."

"This hotel is convenient to the French Quarter, The beds ar comfortable and quiet which is nice if sleeping at night and sightseeing during the day is on your agenda. Hoo, I reserved and prepaid for a river view room. When I arrived sometime after 3 PM I was told they would not have a river view room until several hours later, so we took a downgrade and didn't get any kind of refund. Additionally breakfast for two women was $95- don't eat breakfast in the hotel as there are good options a short...

"The room was very nice but the low lighting made the room appear dark. We ate in the hotel's restaurant and were disappointed in the food. That included the room service we got. Slider was tiny and dip came with stale chips. Lower the cost. We didn't need the small jars of ketchup, mustard and mayo for one tiny burger. And had to pay $2 for cheese. We were even told that we should eat out. Housekeeping did good however didn't replenish the coffee pods and provide clean glasses when they came...
