"The hotel was attractive. The room was large and comfortable. There was no hot water for a morning shower.
The woman who checked us in wasn’t knowledgeable about how to solve our problem. She spent a long time trying before she called a manager.
There were 5 eating dinner and we found our food below average."
"The hotel is GORGEOUS! The rooms are beautiful and the amenities are wonderful. I loved the casino (it didnt love me) and the restaurants on site were very good as well. My ONLY complaint was the nasty old lady working the late shift at the check in counter. I did not get her name but she was so awful, rude and miserable her coworker Kylie however.. she was a sweetheart and working her butt off still remained kind and helpful even when the nasty lady snapped at her for asking a question"
"We had such a wonderful stay! Joan and Brian were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. Before our arrival, they even reached out to ask about any food allergies, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we arrived, they greeted us with delicious homemade cookies that made us feel right at home.
