"I had a weekend booked here with my daughter. While waiting to board Eurostar I received a message saying to call them regarding my booking. (Why didnt you ring me) anyway I rang and was told there is a problem with our room and we can't stay and there are no more rooms available and someone will call in 5 minutes. No one rang. We still boarded our train and went straight to the hotel and was greeted by lady who was not very helpful, I don't speak French, she didn't speak English so had to use...
"The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and catered for fussy children. Room was perfect for our one night stay. Overall a really good place to stay for the night to break up our long travel."
