"The good: Very popular airport hotel located minutes from the Zürich Airport. Huge all you can eat breakfast. Decent sized rooms, nice comfy beds. Airline personnel love this place. The bad: No airport shuttle from 12:10 until 16:10. Beware of the additional “security charge” of 100CHF added to your credit card during check-in. Charges refunded ONE week later."

"Best guest services (Emanuel) ever encountered. The hotel stored our two large suitcases, at no cost, for three days before our stay while we visited nearby Interlaken and Lucerne. The Zürich Airport wanted an outrageous 120 Swiss Francs to store them. Transportation to/from the airport was easy. Also, local bus stop was across the street and train station was nearby. Trains to Zurich main station ran every 15 minutes and travel time to Zurich station was only 15 minutes. "

The reception was friendly. It was not very expensive.for being in Zurich (which I consider as VERY expensive city( I would go again if I am in the area. "

"We stayed 3 nights. Area was easy to walk to local dining or downtown. Tram to downtown was right in front of the hotel and only 12-15 minute tram ride to downtown area. Room was exactly what I expected. Only negative were the pillows which were very flimsy. A quick call to staff and we had more pillows which did the trick. "
