"This was our first time there and the staff didn't explain anything about navigating the property. Our room was 1101 and we got on the elevator and it was only 7 floors. The lady in the gift shop let us know we were in the villas and where we would need to walk. They also didn't tell us anything about the shuttle or how to get to the beach. We had to figure everything out on our own."

"I would have to say an air fryer would have been nice and more utensils. Sturdier beds, and dining chairs would also have been nice. Also more toilet paper, the communication in the beginning was a bit delayed, the times for check-out was also a bit confusing because the website said one thing while the emails I’ve received said another. However, the overall stay was great! And I was able to get everything I needed."

"I was warned that this hotel was a little "tired" and ya I can sort of see that. However the service was outstanding, the staff were very friendly, the beds were comfortable. the food was solid, the pool area was lovely. This is a well managed hotel, I have spent far more $$ on higher end properties that were a lot worse than this. This hotel is excellent value."
