"The staff super nice and helpful. The train is just a couple of minutes walk away and takes you straight into town. The food and coffee were great. The esthetics of the hotel are on the older side but it was very clean so I did not mind. I think the only negative is the loop driving around to get to the hotel. The signs aren’t the greatest so you may miss it the first time. This is not the hotels fault though so nothing negative really to say about this place. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room. I believe it was the "exceptional w/a view". We had so much space in our room, an oversized tub, and a large balcony. All things that are not common in Europe from my experience. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. "

"Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Like everywhere in the whole city, service doesn’t come quick but it was an enjoyable stay in the second building across from the main hotel. Comfy, modern rooms, very good bed. Ideally located. Probably as good as it gets as you are one minute walk from the main canal with all you need for bar/restaurants etc all with a few minutes walk from there. It’s a fabulous city and the hotel is ideally placed to pop in and out of during a day of wandering around "
