"Needs to be cleaned before visitors arrive"

"Room was right near jumping pillow and mini golf/ theatre so it was very handy for the kids. Loved the indoor rec room for the littles especially in the colder/wetter times."

"Good value accommodation with everything on hand, good location, great breakfast and nice appartments with all amenities. Will stay here again."

"Firstly check-in was super quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our villa was extremely clean and was awesome. Comfortable king size bed and had all of the required amenities. The park itself was great and easy to come and go. Middleton Beach is beautiful, we will definitely come back and stay with our extended family. Thanks Big 4 Holiday Park for a fabulous holiday."

"Super central accommodation which suited our needs. Two big rooms with one en-suite and a separate second bathroom. Spacious living area and well stocked kitchen. Will stay again!"

"Older style motel that was very well maintained with all amenities. About 5 - 10min out from Albany CBD. Definitely recommend."

"A charming and delightful place in gorgeous surrounds. Not luxury, but somehow just right."
