The staff made us feel so comfortable. The food at the Harvest Restaurant was excellent as well as BangBang. Shopping was marvelous. Nowhere else in the world did we find people who were soft in speech and never shouting. Definitely would stay here again. We used the laundry service twice and all perfect."

I was stunned in the morning to pay Kshs 2000 for breakfast yet it said it was included. What do these terms mean “breakfast included, breakfast available “? I would give it excellent if not for the breakfast which I felt robbed of. "

"Superbe large spacious room with everything one needs. Pressure of water in bathroom was amazing. Room were cleaned properly. Breakfast was a 5 stars. Lots of choices. But mattress was old and uncomfortable, could not sleep properly, has to be changed. Room 814 to avoid."
