"We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "

"Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus."

Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, e il personale è stato accogliente e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. La colazione a buffet è stata davvero ottima, con una vasta scelta di prodotti freschi e di qualità. Le aree relax sono straordinarie: la piscina interna ed esterna, così come la sauna, sono ben curate, ma la piscina esterna è stata la vera perla del soggiorno. Circondata da ulivi e immersa nella pace della natura, offre un'esperienza di relax unica. Un ulteriore tocco di classe è stato l'aperitivo di benvenuto, che ha reso il nostro arrivo ancora più piacevole. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca comfort e tranquillità."
