"Prompt friendly, fun attention to a Wifi issue and breakfast staff was wonderful. Views out over the "lagoon" were gorgeous. Easy access to central Knysna and the N2."

"Good secure parking, nice recently renovated rooms, proper breakfast and a nice small plunge pool"

"Right from checking in to checking out, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable, lovely spacious bathroom. "

"Fabulously friendly and helpful hosts. The room was comfortable and clean and the bed was very comfy too. A lovely balcony to sit at in the evening afforded us a great view out to the sea. Breakfast was well executed and staff were all friendly. The property is well located - just a short drive into town. I would definitely stay here again if I wax to return to Knysna. "

"Location right on a beautiful beach was spectacular "

"Really enjoyed my stay at Brenton Beach house. Derek was a wonderful host and loved the surrounding area and views from my patio . "

"Staff were wonderful throughout and the hotel was glorious thank you!"

"Been to Knysna now on many times, stayed in various types of accommodation within the town, very impressed with this hotel, ideal for walking around town, the marina and it's location is great, ideal for walking to many of the towns restaurants' and bars. Would certainly recommend this hotel. Staff were really helpful, breakfast was fine although there are many cafe's around the hotel should one want any alternative breakfast, although what we had was fine."

"Awesome service "

"Tim the manager is very welcoming & a great host. He works very hard to ensure the comfort of guests & to help them plan each day so they enjoy their stay at Wilderness to the maximum. Maureen the owner speaks to individual guests each morning at breakfast & is very supportive. She has given great thought to the decoration of each room. Ours had a strong African theme & we loved it. Special touches everywhere we looked in our room. Bathroom really well proportioned & had beautiful soaps etc"

"I enjoyed staying at the place. The area is isolated, safe, clean and appealing. The only downside is in winter it's very cold at the areas, would be nice to have an electric heater. Breakfast was very nice and the staff so friendly and helpful. Thanks. "

"Great hotel, good location although breakfast could have been better"

"So warm and welcoming Gorgeous location and setting "
