"There was a misunderstanding from the hotel staff during our check-in, but this was resolved after a few minutes. We then had a very pleasant overnight stay at the hotel. The location is perfect for accessing Alaçatı town centre, the bed was very comfortable, and there was a heat pump in the room, which we were thankful for. "The hotel is not new.. but has very nice garden, pool… foods are amazing.. The only disappointment is that we stayed 5 days and just asked late checkout for an hour, they said they charge 400 tl for two persons late checkout.. It wasn’t kind and nice procedure. It affected our mood to hotel.."
