"Excellent view with amazing sunsets. Great location to visit thermal club and natural thermal spot. Staff were eager to help although the restaurant could use more staff at dinner. Waiters were very polite although overwhelmed. Visited 10 yrs ago and will likely come back again. "

"It was easy to get to the hotel for a one-night stay whilst travelling from Pisa airport to the south of Italy. The room was well laid out, clean and had all the facilities we needed for the stay. We were informed about the air-conditioning being managed from the reception area if we wanted it changed. It was convenient to have somewhere to eat across the road as we arrived after 7pm. "Rooms were very hot and I mean terribly hot, no real balcony, just closed ones but you can open a window at the balcony, restaurant closed so no service, we arrived at 18:00, spa closed, we checked in and left 30 minutes later. Lost my money, got a lesson in reading the reviews better, the name tricked us, wellness and spa, 4 stars🤣. We had two rooms☹️"

"Um hotel típico toscana numa aldeia típica Toscana e muito acolhedora. Hotel com vistas fantástica , colado ao Duomo. Fantástico jardim e piscina. Acesso ao centro da pequena aldeira (praticamente uma rua) com bons restaurantes. Serviço excelente e muito simpáticos. A melhorar apenas o pequeno almoço que está longe de estar à altura deste maravilhoso hotel."

"Great bed. Great air conditioning. Great bathtub and shower. Very good location , near museums and restaurants. A twelve minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was good. "

"Good location, close to the town and beaches. Cleaning wise was good but lacking customer service. If you are not italian they won’t even try to welcome you or offer information if you need it. Breakfast is very limited and repetitive , not much choice. Same pastries, cakes, fruits every day. I would stay maximum 2 days to enjoy the swimming pool but 1 week was way too long at this hotel."

"I will highly recommend this beautiful hotel to my family and friends, and I hope to return someday soon. The outstandingly helpful staff was gracious and gave me excellent assistance as a solo traveler. As I did not have a car, I needed to secure drivers from the train station pick up and to visit Cascate del Murino.
