"For some reason, we were upgraded from a standard double to a suite with a four poster bed which was a lovely surprise. The rooms are not serviced if your stay is 3 nights or less but you can place rubbish, used towels and toiletries outside your door and they will be removed and replaced. There was a large choice at breakfast including pastries, toast, cereal and cooked items all served buffet style so something for everyone. We went out each day and evening so did not have lunch or evening meal at the hotel. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and it was lovely to see the rabbits outside the window each morning and running around the grounds throughout the day. We've stayed here before and are planning to come back and bring the dog next time."

"Stayed here for 4 nights. The property was clean and comfortable to stay in. All equipments you need are in place and provided. We liked the fact that the place is quiet and very private. Lots of walk routes to the beach, to the cliff, to the lighthouse. We indeed had a lovely time staying here. "

"Having recently got a second dog we wanted to trial a dog friendly hotel and see how well they behaved and how well we coped. We were pleasantly surprised at how well behaved both dogs were. We were very happy with the hotel staff who were all friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach access. We had a king size room and it was huge with a vast bathroom too. Plenty of room for us all to enjoy. We ate both Sunday dinner and breakfast during our stay and the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning. "
