"People were all friendly and very accommodating! Cleaning ladies made the bed everyday, and they were also friendly. Bed and The comforters were comfortable. The sky lounge view was stunning, and the gym was super. The location requires some walk to Seomyon area, which we don't mind. "

"I loved the hotel and the local. This was a business meeting for me in the conventions center, and although the whole week was rainy this was a very close and within easy walking distance from the hotel. The Mama's buffet restaurant on the third floor was excellent. I ate only one hotel breakfast but this on 2nd floor and was only passable. Unfortunately, my air conditioner quit half way through my stay, and I suffered a little for two nights and although I was given a new room when I complained, it was on the top (22nd) floor. It was nice to have air conditioner, but when I tried the TV, the sound turned up all the way never did broadcast much sound."
