"Be warned during holiday weekends it’s PACKED , the check in line was long and took us an hour just to get to the front desk and then an additional 3 hours before our room was ready. Also you can hear everything even on the top floor so be ready to hear screaming kids running up and down hallways all weekend. "The property is gorgeous, the rooms are huge, but when I woke up in the morning, my shower wasn’t working , no water at all . The sink was working fine. I went to the lobby, it was 6:30 AM, nobody was there to help me so I figured it out by myself, and I went to the spa and showered there. My bathroom also had a leak coming from upstairs It’s a pity because the property has so much potential, it must have been amazing at its prime."
