"they knew we were getting there late, but there was no light on for us to see down some dark steps to our door. Floors and bathroom toilet filthy. No extra towels especially after one falls onto dirty floor. Fireplace finally turned on after 8 hours of ignition. One hanger for slacks for 2 people. Nice kitchen,w/ kettle but no tea/towels. Had to ask twice for extra blanket. Couldn’t get on internet with PC. The response was, ‘We’re a bed n breakfast, not a hotel.’"

"Pictures do not clearly represent property. Very run down outside. Steep stairs everywhere so difficult to navigate. Only 1 full bath in basement. Some beds without pillows. "
