"If you’re staying in the Karlshorst area this is an excellent choice. A short walk from Tierpark U-Bahn and directly next to a tram stop it’s a clean, cheerful modern hotel with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast room. I dropped one star where I would only have deducted a half, because having requested a toilet roll at reception it never turned up. "Staff were really friendly and although they didn’t speak much English, they tried. It is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. To access the reception you must go up a flight of stairs and to access the rooms you must go up 2 flights of stairs. There is a church right across the hotel that rings it’s bells every 30 minutes but besides that the area is really quiet and calm which was really nice. "

"This was my first stay at Hotel Steglitz International and even though its a little outdated it is still a nice place to stay. It is clean, very quiet and the staff is friendly and approachable and always willing to assost with any needs you may have. I stayed in room 483 which had a nice virw over the plaza and the Rathsus and a beautiful sunrise in the morning.
