Absolutely amazing stay. Didnt try out the spa but this was an amazing hotel. I believe it was a little slow so the staff upgraded me to a room that faced the lake. Breathtaking views. Anything in the mini fridge is free of charge and breakfast is included. All things that really matter when traveling in an expensive country. Would highly, highly recommend.

The room was remodeled, and the hotel management took great care in selecting the furniture! I have a rather nice bed at home, but this new bed in the ski lodge was the best bed I have ever slept on! Just glorious night of sleep… and the resultant manger was spot on… his staff was flawless and kind, the food was flavorful and delightful.

Fabulous Hotel and great service! Would definitely recommend!

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Unique hotel with very cool antique furniture, which was a nice touch. Very interesting decor and lots of attention to detail as well. Our stay felt like being transported back in time! Dinner here was a culinary experience. The chef and staff were excellent and the meal was superb. And breakfast was awesome! It’s important to note that the food is also locally sourced and homemade, and delicious too! Only drawback was that the beds and pillows...

BEAUTIFUL room with an amazing view. Bathroom is very modern which I like. staff was accommodating and so kind allowing baggage hold prior to check in. Breakfast was wonderful with hot fresh food.

The room was really spacious and had an awesome lake view. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They give you a free bus pass to use during your stay. You get on right out front and it takes you to the city center or train station in about 15 minutes. Very easy and convenient. After a day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to our room, make some hot tea, and slip into a cozy robe and slippers. I also thought the price of the room was very reasonable considering how expensive...

Great room, cozy and with some personality (not a cookie-cutter hotel room- wood panels, comfortable chairs, etc.) Incredibly beautiful view of the lake and mountains with a small balcony. No AC, as is expected in Europe, but provided fan and open windows kept the room comfortable in late July. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel restaurant was far above expectations- excellent, high quality food. We didn't use the hotel's sauna, pool, or lakefront facilities, but they are...

Oh my gosh this place is heaven. The room was perfect, good size, comfortable bed with a balcony overlooking an absolutely breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains! There is a coffee bar/stand on every floor so you can help yourself to a coffee any time, day or night. The breakfast buffet that's included was delicious. The indoor and outdoor pools are magnificent to swim in when you're staring at the mountains. The staff was above and beyond helpful and extraordinarily nice! (Everyone in...

Great stay at Hotel des Balances. Had a lovely balcony room facing the water. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Located in the middle of everything. Highly recommend, pic on the hotel’s balcony.

We had a great stay at Hotel Bellevue. Right across from the train station, our stay was quiet, comfortable, and centrally located. Was also surprised with a delicious selection for breakfast each morning.

Lovely property in a quaint part of town. 2 blocks from the lake and an abundance of restaurants. Staff were the nicest most helpful I've ever encountered. Very large room and very comfortable. Highly recommend

Beautiful

Great staff and great location! The only problem I had was the toillet in my room had no door! So if you are not comfortable, make sure to ask from staff!

We were very pleased with our 2 night stay in Lucerne at the Cascada. The hotel is a convenient distance from the train station, an easy walk with luggage but far enough away that you can't hear trains. Reception was excellent and was able to get us into our room a couple hours before check-in time. They also were able to put us in a room towards the quiet back side of the building (little to no street noise.) Switzerland uses outlet plugs which are different from anywhere we've been in Europe....

Fantastic location!! Very clean and well maintained. This hotel has the best included hotel breakfast of any that i’ve ever seen! I would stay here again!!
